Due to the continued success of this fast-growing modular build contractor, we are looking for a Revit MEP Technician to join their design team in their Slough office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Revit MEP / BIM Technician will be working in the MEP team creating Revit models of mechanical and electrical services.
• The Revit MEP / BIM Technician will be working to production level detail (RIBA stages 4 and 5) so must have knowledge of detailed design.
• The Revit MEP / BIM Technician will be working alongside the MEP team on an array of projects predominantly within residential, education and commercial developments.

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

• Qualified to HNC/HND level (or equivalent) in BIM or building services engineering.
• The Revit MEP Technician must have practical experience of using Revit MEP in a similar building-based role.
• The Revit MEP / BIM technician will have worked for a BIM Bureau, Contractor or Consultancy previously but must have experience of construction level design detail.
• An interest in coding and BIM automation software such as Dynamo or Rhino would be advantageous.
